Michael WHO? Michael WU

My name is Michael Wu, and I’m a Junior at Stanford University studying Communications & Film and Media Studies, focusing on the intersection between content development, marketing, and general business operations. Coming from a dance background, I've always been surrounded by storytelling through music and movement.

In 2020, I got my first in-person experience of the film and television industry while competing on NBC's World of Dance. Having rarely seen myself portrayed on screen, this was a dream come true. From that point, my "American Dream" has been one of working in the Hollywood Entertainment Industry and giving representation to those who are underrepresented and misrepresented. I hope to take my storytelling abilities from music and movement into the film & television industry.
